The Cedar Falls Lutheran Home has been the premier provider of quality health care services in the Cedar Valley for nearly a half century. That tradition of quality continues with in-home care and chore services available to you in the privacy of your own home through Home Connections.
Home Connections opened in October 2006 and began by serving residents on the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home campus. We have now expanded our service area to include the Cedar Falls and Waterloo community. This expansion is another demonstration of the commitment to quality and our mission to serve all.

Peace of Mind is only a Phone Call Away...
Services Provided by Home Connections:
- Supportive Care - Companionship, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation or errands.
- Personal Care - Bathing, dressing and grooming, and other activities of daily living
- Respite Care - Relief for Caregivers and overnight care is also available
Rates for Services:
- $16.00 per hour during daytime hours
- $18.00 per hour evenings, weekends & holidays (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
*Minimum of one hour of service*
Additional Service Rates:
- $ 5.00 per day for Medication Reminders
Blood Pressure Clinics *Free* Held Monthly at the following locations:
- Glen Meadows Lounge on 1st Wednesday of the Month
10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
